RETURN OF INVESTMENT (ROI) CALCULATION
ROI = (monthly rental - Maintainance - Monthly Assessment Tax) * 12 month / Purchase Price x 100%

Example :
Monthly Rental = RM 500/month

Maintainance Fees = RM 55/month ( applied to rumah apartment dan sewaktu denganya sahaja), landed property tak perlu. Kalau ada guarded baru buat penolakkan)

Cukai Tanah = RM20/month (Katakan cukai tanah 240 setahun / 12 = RM20) applied to landed property sahaja

Cukai Taksiran/Pintu = RM 20/month (Katakan cukai pintu 240 setahun / 12 = RM20)

Contoh pengiraan ROI untuk apartment yang sewaktu denganya .

ROI = (500-55-20)*12/57000*100 = 8.9%
